The news of account hacking was disclosed when a massage on the Twitter profile of the pop singer claimed that she worships the devil. The strange massages were deleted as soon as Spear's management recovered the control of the account.
It is considered that approximately 3.7 million fans follow Britney on Twitter. She herself and some time her 'team' of handlers update her account. On Thursday a message apologizes on site which stated, "any offense the hacker's messages caused."
At the same time Britney's MySpace account was also hacked by an unknown hacker.
After the two consecutive accounts hacking, "donthackbritney" became the hottest topic on Twitter on Thursday.
