Hollywood Mesmerized with A.R. Rahman’s Magical Music in ‘Couples Retreat’

Oscar winner Indian composer A.R. Rahman has mesmerized foreign audience with his first Hollywood mainstream film music in 'Couples Retreat'. The film has crossed 100 million dollars at North America box office.

The film 'Couples Retreat' is 1 hour and 53 minutes long comedy. It was worldwide released on Oct 8. The domestic collection of 'Couples Retreat' is 102 million dollars and worldwide the film has earned over 20 million.

The film 'Couples Retreat' is directed by Peter Billingsley (Dinner for Five). The story of film is about a couple Vince Vaughn (Wedding Crashers) and Jason Bateman, who go to a tropical island resort for their vacations. Major part of the film is shot in Tahiti (French Polynesia) and USA.

A.R. Rahman has composed two songs in the film: 'Na Na' and 'Sajna'. A.R. Rahman's son A.R. Ameen has also sung the song 'Na Na'. Both the songs are loved by audience.
