Year's much–awaited film "3-Idiots" will be the first Bollywood film, which viewers can download legally. Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the producer of the film has revealed that after 12 weeks from now viewers can download the film legally. He said, "This is the first film ever that you can actually download and watch on You Tube after 12 weeks from now".

This decision has been taken for those who can not afford a film in multiplex. Chopra said, "I’m providing this facility for those who can’t see it on big screen and watch pirated movies. I just want them to discourage pirated prints. They just need to wait for 12 weeks and after that they can legally download the movie and watch it".

He added, "Tomorrow if there is a facility to watch movies on mobile phones, the film will be available there but in appropriate time. We can’t harm our theatrical business by releasing at DTH".

"3-Idiots" is releasing today all over the world. The film is directed by Raj Kumar Hirani. The film's cast includes Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Sharman Joshi and Kareena Kapoor in the lead.
