The 24 year old man, who was born in California, has his birth certificate in which his father's name is Michael Joseph Jackson. The alleged Michael's lovechild had filed a bid in August 2009 to prove that he is star singer's son.
Though Michael Jackson's estate officials turned down Jet's bid, but he’s still determined to prove that he is M J's son and wanted to have his part of share from late star singer's property.
According to TMZ.com, Jet Jackson has filed ‘objections of rejection’ in Los Angeles County Superior Court, in which he is asking the judge to determine that he is ‘the biological son of decedent Michael Joseph Jackson'.
The allege lovechild, Prince Michael, also shares the same name as Jackson’s son Debbie Rowe. So, he claims he should be receiving ‘whatever benefits he is entitled to as the other kids of the late Michael Jackson' are getting.
